Our Promise to you...Satisfaction Guaranteed. Your Superlite Boots will fit, or you may return them for an exchange...simple as that. We understand the difficulty associated with purchasing shoes and boots via the internet. This is why we have established a "Satisfaction Guaranteed" policy. If your shoes or boots do not fit properly, then we will be more than happy to exchange them. Simply follow the guidelines below: 1.) If you've ordered a size that just doesn't fit the way you want, you can return them, provided you have not worn the boots or shoes outside and they are being returned in "new" condition. They must be returned in the original box and be shipped inside of another box or wrapped in Kraft paper. Please include a note along with the correct size and your shipping address, if different from your original order. You are responsible for the cost of shipping back to Superliteboots.com. Shipping is free on your first exchange. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping back to MuckBoots.com. Second exchanges will incur regular UPS Ground shipping charges.
